Return Eligibility You may return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your items, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The order includes all original parts, components, and packaging.
  • The product has not been damaged due to careless handling.
  • Products related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
  • The product was defective upon receipt.

Please note: Return shipping fees of approximately $24.95 must be paid by the customer. Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Return Your Order If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

    • Reason for return
    • A photo of the product in case of damage
    • Your first and last name
    • Your address

We will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send the return to the sender's address; we will provide the correct return location.

Order Cancellation Cancellation rights apply only to natural persons who have ordered products for personal use.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as processing starts immediately.
  • Our 30-day money-back guarantee begins from the moment you receive your order.
  • If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive your order and follow the return process. You may notify us of your intent to cancel, but the cancellation will be processed only after we receive the returned goods.

Refund Policy Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the full payment excluding the original delivery costs within 14 days. Refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Additional shipping costs for premium shipping options will not be refunded.
